1. Product Authenticity & Representation
- Visual Representation: We strive to display our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting during photography and screen variations, slight color differences may occur.
- Handcrafted Nature: Many of our pieces are hand-finished; minor variations are a mark of uniqueness and are not considered defects.
2. Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
- Adjustments: Zenviy reserves the right to change prices without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs or promotions.
- Payment Security: Transactions are handled via secure third-party gateways. An order is only considered “Confirmed” once payment is authorized or, in the case of COD (Cash on Delivery), verified via phone/SMS.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
- Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery within Pakistan is 3–5 working days. Zenviy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
- Shipping Fee: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Any “Free Shipping” promotions are subject to minimum order values.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene standards, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
- Change of Mind: We offer a 7-day exchange policy for necklaces, rings, and bracelets, provided they are unworn, in original packaging with tags intact.
- Damaged Goods: If your piece arrives damaged, you must notify us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Refunds: We offer store credit or exchanges. Cash refunds are only processed if the product is out of stock and a replacement cannot be provided.
5. Jewelry Care & “Anti-Tarnish” Warranty
- Usage: While our “Daily Wear” collection is designed to be water-resistant (anti-tarnish), we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, harsh chemicals, and chlorine to maintain the luster.
- Wear and Tear: Zenviy is not liable for damage caused by improper storage, accidental breakage, or natural wear and tear over time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Zenviy.store—including logos, product photography, and text—is the property of Zenviy. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zenviy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
